HEALTH ORGANIZATION
A large medical or health organization (W.H.O. – World Health Organization, for example) will lose a key person (director, administrator, i.e...) due to a failure of notification or lack of the full information (disclosure?) to the public and other like organizations. Media coverage and other information “in the news” about this situation. Some sort of scandal (shame or humiliation) to follow.
Also, seems as if there is some trouble with a biochemist from Pakistan in and around the time of the above situation.
Inappropriate behavior or action on the part of the key person with W.H.O. I keep getting pulled to W.H.O. Not sure if this is showing me the type of organization or if it is the organization itself.

Wyoming – explosion – land mine or mine collapsing. (A group or series of mines?)
Seeing land (above it instead of in front of it). The land looks stripped of trees and plants. (Nothing pristine). Reminds me of stripped, coal mining area, but may not be a coal mining area. Appears like ground puffs out and then collapses. Can be an explosion followed by a collapse. Multiple sections of land rising and falling. Sense more than one mine.
